Essay. "Ohana"

The families, those people you share same blood with, people who will give their life for you, they are the main pilar of each person's life.  I admire all my family members and obviously my family's the best to me. We're a very close-knit family. In this entrance, I would focus on two memebers of my family.

 To begin, I will write about my godmother. I admire her so much. She is the kindest person in the world; she is loyal, noble, honest and a hard-working woman. She is my mother's little sister. They are really similar physically and they have many ideas, values and dislikes in common. I admire and love her because I've grown up by her side. We have travelled together every holiday, we meet every weekend and she has always taken care of me. I'm very proud of her and my cousins, godfather and she strike me as my second family.

Added to this, the person I most take after in character is my father. As I grow up, I take more after him. We have similar hobbies and our behaviour at some situations is the same. For this reason, we fight many times and the same things annoy us but in the end we always end laughing.
Both of us love music, the same kind surprisingly. He has taught me to enjoy good music, books and cinema. Travelling is one of the passions we share and we also enjoy playing with children. My father is shy in the beginning, but when he gains confidence, he is as crazy as me; He is fiercely loyal to his friends. He's my superhero and I hope that in a future my children will be as proud of me as I am of him.

Essay. How green are we?

Pollution is a world-wide problem nowadays. Many people forget the importance of a clean and protected environment for animals, plants and our health. Pollution is one of the biggest issues in our society,however, most people does nothing to change their bad habits. To my mind, there should be many more meetings for young people to concern us about this deal. Many people don't know the harms that air pollution or deforestation among other ways of breaking down the environment can produce.

Added to this, to tackle pollution we must start taking short-term measures that will help to conserve nature. A good measure is avoid using private cars and use public transport as well as bikes. These are some good advice to prevent pollution products such as vehicles exhaust fumes. Another one is to stop throwing away litter onto the streets and specially when people camp at the mountains, beaches or at unspoilt place.

I always try to do all these things and in my case, the most important environmental action I'm engaged in is on recycling waste. At home, we have separate bins where we throw away the different materials Furthermore, we have always cut down on the use of water, we always take showers instead of bathing.

To conclude, we should stop wasting our natural resources. We must use them in the right way and prevent the unnecesary ways of polluting the environment. We have to take care of our planet, otherwise, who is going to do it?

           I.V.II. Is fair to the damaged people to suffer when there isn't an answer for their problem?

People should have the opportunity to decide what is better for them and get round them to do what they consider.

I want to write about my friends, the gang. My friends are like my family, we've lived many moments together: unfogettable experiences, trips, parties, crazy and lazy days, lessons, concerts... Thanks to them I'm who I am at the moment, they are my shoulder to cry on. We have been through thick and thin, but always together. We are very different, but at the same time we share the most important thing: friendship. Nowadays, we are split up in different universities, cities and even countries and we just see us at weekends. I really miss to see them everyday, and I love them so much.
